Massage therapy relaxes the body and mind, decreases pain, and increases range of motion. It can relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and boost immunity. As a massage therapist, I utilize a slow, deliberate approach. I believe in listening to the body, honoring its wisdom, and creating a sacred healing space.
Oftentimes, the body tells me exactly where I need to go. I am trained in Swedish and deep tissue techniques. I specialize in focused, deep tissue work for chronic pain or injuries, as well as treatments that incorporate energetic modalities.
Swedish massage is aimed at relaxing the body, using long, flowing techniques to reduce stress and increase circulation, while deep tissue techniques break down adhesions in the muscle, reduce pain and restore range of motion.
