My name is Veronica Adler and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Energy Practitioner, and writer from the humble town of Hudson, MA, USA. I have created this space with the intention of sharing my healing and creative modalities. I am passionate about alternative healing and the arts, two platforms of expression that I believe intertwine and intersect in fascinating (and beautiful) ways.
My journey into alternative health was a surprising one. When I graduated from Smith College in 2013 with my Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, I had every intention to continue my studies at the doctorate level. But as I prepared my graduate school applications, I became disenchanted with the academic world and the personal sacrifices it would ask of me. Lost and not knowing what the future would bring, meditation opened my eyes to the power of human spirit. I began to experience my power for the first time through journey work and visualization. I reflected upon the wonder of the power that lies in all of us – to create, inspire, and evolve.
I wanted to help others on their path of healing and empowerment, especially those who were suffering with PTSD, abuse, and/or anxiety and depression. I studied Reiki and soon after enrolled in the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, where I learned about the healing power of crystals, the mind/body connection, the wonder of the human anatomy.
It’s funny how when everything falls – it is because something else is being built anew.
At the core of who I am, I am an artist. A poet. A writer. A dreamer. As I entered adolescence I found myself enthralled by the world of my dreams. At night I was immersed in visions of queens and warriors, space travel and adventure. Reading brought to me a profound sense that the world was large, grand, and magical. I wish to inspire that same light in others. It is my highest joy. I am passionate about the power of stories, language, and speech.
As you navigate this website, you will find a list of the services I provide as a LMT and energy worker, as well as my blog, where I share my poetry and prose.
Thank you for visiting. May your inner light guide you across all expressions.
